At Genki, customer satisfaction is important to us. While we currently do not offer returns, we do provide exchanges under specific conditions.
1. No Returns
We do not accept returns on any products. Please check all product details, sizes, and descriptions carefully before placing an order.
2. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are available only if there is an issue from our end, such as:

- We do not provide exchange for certain products like dresses, suit sets, and products on special offers.

The item is damaged or defective
To request an exchange:

Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item

Providing unboxing video is must.

Share clear photos of the issue
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact
Once approved, we will arrange an exchange depending on stock availability.
3. Shipping Costs for Exchange

The customer is responsible for the return shipping of the item back to us.

We will cover the shipping cost to send the exchanged item to you.
4. No Refunds
We do not provide cash or online payment refunds. Exchanges will be processed in eligible cases only.
